How do I recover the PN9108 switch by resetting it back to the factory default settings? |

| Solution : |
|
There is a reset switch on the front panel of the PN9108. Press and hold the button for more than three seconds to reset the PN9108 back to the factory default settings.
If you forget the password to the PN9108, do the following:
1.Power off the PN9108 and remove the housing.
2.Use a jumper cap to short the jumper labeled J6
3.Power on the switch.
4.When the Link and 10/100Mbps LEDs flash, power off the switch.
5.Remove the jumper cap from J6.
6.Secure the housing and power on the PN9108.
Now you can use the factory default Username and Password to log in.
