Subject :
	VE89XX image over size when display video wall on TV/monitor

Description :
	When using VE8950 to make like 2x2 video wall, the image size is over the edge of TV/monitor. Test Samsung TV, NEC X555UNV, and Sharp LC-70U33JT has the same result. Even the OSD will be cut, like the below photo.

Solution :
	TV/monitor has overscan function. Disable the overscan could solve the issue. Below is the description from monitor's user manual.
