If the KE extenders are managed by
several cascaded network switches, it might be an IGMP setting issue on network
switch. 

IGMP Snooping v2 or v3 are
recommended specifications  for the network switches.

Please check if all the network
switches are configured
with the
same IGMP Snooping
v2 or v3.
