I have downloaded and installed the latest VK6000 (VK
Configurator), v2.x.x.x from ATEN website but I am unable to find the VK2100
from my notebook computer. The search takes forever.

Please use just one network card to download the firmware

and upgrade the unit.

Ensure the network connection is able access the internet, and

computer and VK2100 are in the

same subnet. 

1. If you are using a wireless connection disable the wired NIC

on your computer

2. If you using a wired connection, disable the wireless NIC

on your computer
