GN0116/EA2210 malfunction troubleshooting
 
Description : 
I am trying to setup the EA2210 sensor connected to the GN0116, but it's failed to work properly. What should I do to fix this?
 
Solution : 
You must upgrade the firmware from V1.6.5 to V1.7.2. You can download the new firmware and instructions from the ATEN Website.
