CN8000 Alt GR key not working |

I am using the CN8000 in Germany. Any combination of Alt Gr (right Alt key on German keyboard) along with a special character like Backslash, Pipe does not work. The remote controlled system is pressing the key as if Alt Gr was not pressed, resulting in the wrong character. How can I type Backslashes Pipes ? |

The situation is only happened in the same input language between server and client side using Java applet client to CN8000.
[The connection is to use Java applet client to CN8000]
Client Side: Input language: DE
Server Side: Input Language: DE
Suggestion: It would be better not to set the same input language(DE) with server using Java applet client. That is, Client is EN input language or others.
Thus [Alt Gr] key will works well in German Input language. |
