	Firmware upgrade problem

Description :
	I'm unable to upgrade my CS1758 firmware to higher version other than 1.1.091 (CS-1754_1758_R091.exe) which is the same version that comes with the kvm. Any other version will cause a 4156 error. How can I fix that?

Solution :
	If you can not upgrade your firmware by using firmware recovery, that means there is something wrong with your firmware IC. If you don't encounter any problems, we encourage you to use old firmware. Otherwise, you must send it back to factory for us to fix.
