VK108US / Cannot control functions
 
Description : 
We have 2 units of VK1100. The VK108US cannot control functions on both VK1100 units, although the TEST TOOL on VK6000 shows that the commands are working well. 
 
Solution : 
There are two ID switches on VK108US: blue for the keypad and black for the Control Box. 
Please check if the number of black ID switch on the keypad matches the ID of the VK1100 first.
