Regarding the DP KVM no display problem, please try the following: 1. Make sure the DP KVM and monitor can support the resolution used by the PC 2. Make sure all DP cable is with ATEN DP KVM incould the DP cable between the KVM and monitor 3. Try to reboot the PC, and do not switch to other port during the booting procurse 4. Try to set the monitor to redetect after switch port by using hot key : [NUM]+[-]+[Q]/[Ctrl]+[F12]+[Q]
