	My KN8132v seems not working properly now: I can see login page, but it shows "The page cannot be displayed" after I enter correct account and password, what is your suggestion?

Solution :
	In this case, please refer to below and observe if any can fix the issue: 1. Clear your browser cookie 2. Using another browsers 3. Factory default your KN/KH a. For KN: Pressing and holding the reset switch in for more than three seconds when the unit is running resets its configuration to the factory default settings. b. For KH1508Ai/KH1516Ai: Please refer to page 35 of user manual for detail https://assets.aten.com/product/manual/kh1508ai-kh1516ai-fhd_um_w_2021-01-05.pdf
