	VM3200 无电源, 无法开机

Description :
	我刚在VM3200安装新的电源模块, 但发现它无法正常作动, 而且无法让VM3200 开机.

Solution :
	请确认背板上的电源模块是否正确安装. 插槽上有一个电源风扇在上, 插孔在下的图示, 请依照图示正确安装电源模块.
