Subject :
	Why I can only find blank “MFG” number from my SN/KN web page?

Description :
	Because my SN/KN is mounted on rack and unable to see its serial number, as I know I should able to provide “MFG” to you and get the device serial number. But Why I cannot find “MFG” number from my SN/KN web page?

Solution :
	Because MFG(Internal serial number) is only added to the SN on which manufactured from 2019/01/03, so SN on which manufactured before the date does not have the MFG. And please note only formal manufactured device with authenticate MFG number.
