	Toggle OSD Hotkey Control ([Ctrl] &[Scroll Lock])

Description :
	The Logitech keyboard does not have a scroll-lock key. The HSM (Hotkey Setting Mode) function does not work. How can I then use the keyboard to switch ports?

Solution :
	You can use [Ctrl] instead of[Scroll Lock] Please follow those steps : 1 Invoke Hotkey Setting Mode. 1-1 Press and hold [Num Lock] 1-2 Press and release [-] 1-3 Release [Num Lock] Please finish 1-1~1-3 operation in 0.5 sec 2 Press [T] 3 Press [Ctrl] key twice to switch CS1764's ports
