	Ping the IP address of KVM
Solution :
	As you have set the IP address of the KVM and the PC you are going to login by browser is in the same local network. You could use ping command to test if the PC could find the KVM in the network or not. For example, "ping 192.168.1.100". Besides, sometimes you could communicate with the KVM by using the ping command because the limitation setting of IT infrastructure. You could also confirm with the responsible IT administrator that the ping function is restricted by firewall or not and also get assistant from him. If the step doesn't solve the issue, please try other steps.
