Solution : 
If it's LCD console, change and check the cable is suitable or not.  
If you use the PS/2 LCD console to connect the KVM which uses USB, please make sure the KVM cable you choose has the built-in PS/2 to USB converter.  Otherwise, the signal of keyboard/touch panel could be transmitted.
If the step doesn't solve the issue, please try other steps.
