| If the model you use is just the LCD console, please make sure the LCD console could support the KVM you use. Otherwise it couldn't work. To verify it's the issue on LCD console or on KVM, please just use the KVM with a wired keyboard/mouse to test. If it doesn't work, maybe it's the issue on KVM. Please follow the steps of KVM trouble shooting first to solve the issue. If the step doesn't solve the issue, please try other steps. |
