(1)  Step 1. If it's LCD console, try to connect a wired keyboard/mouse to the KVM you connect to test.  
(2)  Step 2. Change the cable to test if it works or not.  
(3)  Step 3. Change swap PC to other port to verify if it works or not.  
(4)  Step 4. Upgrade the firmware to test if it works or not.
