Solution : 
1. Check if you could open and access via the web browser of the KVM.  If couldn't, maybe it's because of the service port, please try the next step.
2. If the IT administrator has set the port forwarding in the network, please let him help you check if the port mapping is correct or not.
3. Check if the network bandwidth is enough for remote access or not.
4. Login the local console to check if the KVM has set MAC filter or not.  If you have set the MAC filter to block the certain device to cause the login fail, please login at local console to change the setting.  If the step doesn't solve the issue, please try other steps.
