(1)  Step 1. Check if the local console could work or not.  
(2)  Step 2. Test if both WinClient and Java client don't work, or just one of them.  
(3)  Step 3. Check if changing keyboard/mouse could work or not.  
(4)  Step 4. If it's the mouse issue, please follow the user manual to adjust the mouse setting.  
(5)  Step 5. Upgrade the firmware to see if it works or not.
