| If you change different wired keyboard/mouse and it works fine, it might be compatible issue. Unless it's mentioned in the spec, KVM doesn't support Bluetooth and some of wireless keyboard/mouse combo with special function. You could check the supported keyboard/mouse at Compatibility List.
