| 1. The hotkey could be different by different setting. Please check the user manual and try or change other hotkey to try. Sometimes the hotkey conflicts or has other use to cause the issue. 2. Change other wired keyboard to test if it's the compatible issue or not. Please note that KVM doesn't support Bluetooth transmission. If the step doesn't solve the issue, please try other steps. |
