Add Service Port to Trust List
Solution : 
You could use the telnet command to check if the service port works or not.  For example, telnet 192.168.1.100 9000 also confirm with the responsible IT administrator that the service port 9000 is added to the trust list of the firewall.  Otherwise, you could login because the service port is blocked by firewall.  If the step doesn't solve the issue, please try other steps.
