USB Compatible Issue
Solution : 
If changing the USB device, can work fine, it might be the compatible issue.
1. Please check the KVM support USB2.0 or USB1.1, if the USB port just can support USB1.1, it wouldn't be compatible with USB2.0 device.
2. Check the Compatibility List if the USB device is supported or not.  Below is the link.
If the step doesn't solve the issue, please try other steps.
