Please follow the following steps.
You can also refer to the user manual, appendix - "Administrator Login Failure" for more detail information.
1. Power off the KH1508i / KH1516i and remove its housing.
2. Using a jumper cap, short the jumper on the IP module (the daughter card located at the rear-left of the unit, above the mainboard), labeled Default
Password (J3) or J15 on the main board
3. Power on the switch.
4. Wait a few seconds. When the front panel LEDs flash, power off the switch.
5. Remove the jumper cap from J3 or J15.
6. Close the housing and power on the KH1508i / KH1516i.
After powering on the unit, you can use the default Username and Password to log in.Note: The default username: administrator, password: password. |
