Description :
	CS1308/CS1316 + 無線鍵鼠在Win7/Win10 底下無法使用

Solution :
	為了解決CS1308/1316 Cascade fail的問題，將CS1308/1316的PC port 設成low speed, 但此一狀況下如果連接無線鍵鼠，Win 7/10會無法認得，因為Win 7/10無法透過low speed的HUB來識別full speed的設備，而目前市面上的大部分的無線鍵鼠都是full speed的。此時將CS1308/1316的PC port 設成full speed，無線鍵鼠才能順利動作。修改USB speed的方式請參照以下FAQ: https://eservice.aten.com/eServiceCx/Common/FAQ/view.do?id=6770
