	KH / 恢復出廠設定後自動重啟

Description :
	iCard firmware在 v2.1.205 時 , 如果在 OSD 選項內做 Restore Default Value 後 , 設備會自動重新啟動, v2.1.201則不會重新啟動. 哪一個行為是正常的?

Solution :
	Restore Default Value後的自動重新啟動, 是在iCard fitmware v2.1.205之後新加入的機制, 並非產品異常
