	CC2000 / Redundancy 之後的同步

Description :
	在secondary 上的新增/修改, 當PrimaryCC2000 回復運作後, 是否也是在半夜跟Secondary CC2000 sync? 或是需要手動DB sync?

Solution :
	新增或修改的部分，將來與 primary 同步（手動或排程）時，會被 sync 到 primary 上（因爲 database merge 是根據 timestamp 來做的，所以兩臺 server 需盡量保持時間一致）
