KA7178/能输出视频，但USB不工作
 
Description : 
KA7178与KN2132VA连接，KN2132VA显示画面状态图标为灰色，启动查看器可以看到输出，但USB键盘和鼠标都不能工作。
 
Solution : 
KA7178旧版（A0）不支持ATEN第4代KVM over IP交换机，请咨询ATEN支持团队确认您的KA和KN硬件版本。ATEN第4代KVM over IP交换机：KN2116VA/KN4116VA/KN1132V/KN2132VA/KN4132VA/KN8132V/KN4164V/KN8164V
