Description :
	UC232A不适用Windows 8及更高版本的操作系统？安装驱动程序（v1.0.078）后，Windows会显示一条错误消息：设备管理器中的代码10，但同一驱动程序和设备在Windows 7上工作正常。

Solution :
	您可能正在使用与Windows 8和更高版本操作系统不兼容的旧UC232A“芯片组”版本。请检查UC232A背面的序列号（如果您看不到序列号，请通过http://eservice.aten.com/联系您的经销商或ATEN技术支持）如果第3个数字小于或等于“9”（注意字母，如A、B、C等…使用新芯片组，您的设备使用的是较旧的芯片版本。我们建议您更换UC232A。
