	KM0832 Password forgotten

Description :
	How do I reset the KM0832 login information back to the factory default setting?

Solution :
	To restore the original factory default settings for the KM0832 switch, do the following: NOTE: The original password for the default super administrator account will be restored. However, all super administrator, administrator, user, and group accounts will be deleted from the switch. The procedure to reset the switch requires the use of a jumper cap. 1.Power off the KM0832 and remove its housing. 2.Place a jumper cap over pins 1-2 of the J3 jumper on the mainboard (see user manual for exact location). 3.Power on the KM0832. 4.Power off the KM0832 after you see the message prompt on the KVM console screen. 5.Remove the jumper cap from pins 1-2 of the J3 jumper. 6.Secure the housing and power on the KM0832. Now you can use the factory default Username and Password to login to the KM0832 via the Administrator Utility or OSD. Factory Default Username / Password : ADMIN / ADMIN
