What requirements are necessary for the PN0108’s safe shutdown feature to function?
 
Solution : 
Safe Shutdown Function Requirements:
- Windows 98SE/ME/NT/2000/XP/2003/Vista/7/2008*
*PMonitor program installation is necessary in Windows Vista/7/2008.
- BIOS Support (AC Back or Modem Ring)
- An available COM port on the computer for the Safe Shutdown cable to plug into.
