How do I recover the CN8000 switch by resetting it back to the factory default settings? |

| Solution : |
|
There is a 'Firmware Upgrade/Reset Switch' on the front panel of the CN8000. Press and hold this switch for more than three seconds to return the CN8000 back to the default factory settings.
Pressing and holding the front panel switch while powering up the CN8000, will reset the unit back to the factory default firmware.
