We are unable to view the monitor for HP server but that sever monitor and USB keyboard/mouse are working fine when not going through the KVM Switch.

In order to save energy, HP new generation server GEN10 is equipped with a mechanism that it detects if a monitor is connected to VGA port or not. 

If no monitor is connected, then GEN10 will not send signal to VGA port.

If CS1308, we suggest adding a VB100 Booster or VS0102 Splitter between GEN10 and KVM Switch.

If CS1316, CL1308 or CL1316, you also can adding a VB100 Booster or VS0102 Splitter between GEN10 and KVM Switch, or send it back to ATEN for repair service.
