It might be the compatibility issue with Windows10, please refer to the following steps to re-install the driver to fix this problem for temporatory solution.

1. Connect UC4854 to the Win10 PC. 

2. Right click the driver exe file and choose "run as administrator". 

3. Finish the driver installation by pressing "exit".  

    In the Device manager, UC4854 is considered as unknown device. 

4. Right click the unknown device and choose "upgrade driver". 

5. Choose the folder of the UC4854 installer exe file. 

6. The driver re-install again and UC4854 couldn't be recognized. 

7. Right click the unknown device and choose "uninstall device". 

8. Then the device is re-detected and UC4584 is recognized, the driver version is 1.3.9.0.
