I have forgotten the password. Is there any way to retrieve or reset it?

There is no way to retrieve the username or password. 
To reset the password:
1. Run CC2000 Utility as "Administrator"

2. Click on "Restore Tab"

3. Browse the "Server Restore" file & choose "emptyfile.txt" by default

4. Click "Reset" under Administrator Management
