Please check the following. 1. Bypass all devices between the computer and monitor. Have the computer connecting directly to the monitor and try if the logo is able to show up. 2. Check the physical connection between each node and make sure they are all connected properly. 3. Check the USB ports on the computer, make sure they can charge, especially when the computer is off. 4. Check the power state of the computer and adjust accordingly. Note: Computers complying ErP (Energy related Products Directive) may result a power delay when the system powers on. Users may adjust to an appropriate power state if possible. If your computer has a dedicated USB port for power providing, please use it. For details of how to identify the USB ports with the power, please contact the computer manufacturers for further information.
