Subject :
	No display when using KE6900 with a Blu-Ray player

Description :
	I have an installation of KE6900, using for viewing a short video clip from a Blu-Ray player to a video wall mady by KE6900. It doesn't seem to show anything besides a black screen.

Solution :
	The Blu-Ray player "Full HD" video requires HDCP to work, but KE6900 does not support HDCP. That is possibly why the video wall is unable to display anything. If the video quality is not the concern, please configure the output resolution of the Blu-Ray player lower than "Full HD" in order to watch the video on the video wall. Note: The configuration of HDCP varies on different manufacturers. Certain Blu-Ray players can turn off HDCP and still cast the video. For details, please contact the device makers.
