The power management may be in a frozen state. Please do the following. 1. Remove all cables of KN1000 2. Wait for a minute 3. Connect the Inlet, LAN and Outlet connections 4. Press the breaker button of your KN1000 5. Log onto KN1000 6. Select the shutdown method to "Kill the power" and apply the setting 7. Now try to click the power button on the webpage for on or off |
