Subject :
VS82/84/88 has no function if port 1 was not connected a monitor
Description :
If port 1 of my VS82/VS84/VS88 was not connected a monitor, my other monitor(s), which were connected to other port(s), have no display. Why does it occur?
Solution :
The reason is that the DDC signals is bypassed through port1 of VS82/VS84/VS88 only, so when port1 is not connected a monitor, the display card of the attached PC can not detect DDC signals, and then it would stop sending VGA signals out to VS82/VS84/VS88. As a result, the port 1 of VS82/VS84/VS88 must be connected a monitor.
