CS1734A - Firmware Upgrade Error Code '4108'
Description :
Following the Firmware update instructions in the manual, we receive error code 4108 when running the utility
Solution :
Error Code '4108' indicates "No device found on serial port".
Solution:
1) Check for proper connections and cable
2) Verify if CS1734A is set into upgrade mode as below :
- Disconnect the power lead
- Slide the unit’s Firmware Upgrade Switch to the UPGRADE position.
- Reconnect the power lead (the front LEDs will be blinking)
If the front panel LEDs are not blinking you are not in update mode
