Subject :
	CS1642A/CS1644A can't switch port and the LED on the front keep flashing

Description :
	When powering on the CS1642A, it's stuck at port 1 and will not switch ports. The LED on the front panel keeps flashing.

Solution :
	The CS1642A is in the client mode, and it receives commands only from the Host. Please move the Host/Client switch on the rear of CS1642A/CS1644A from the "Client" to the "Host" position as the picture shown below.
