KVM connects to HP Gen 9 servers. The servers must be power
cycled to

re-enable the touchpad.

To solve this issue, please adjust the computer’s BIOS
settings as below. 

1. From
   the System Utilities screen, select System Configuration→BIOS/Platform
   Configuration

   RBSU)→System Options→USB Options→USB 3.0
   Mode and press Enter.
   
   
   
   

2. Select
   Enabled and press Enter

    

3. Press
   F10 to save your selection and restart the system
