	KN9116 can't cascade KL9116

Description :
	A customer has the KL9116 and is using all 16 ports. They want to extend their KVM configuration via cascade. This customer would like to cascade their KL9116 with a KN9116 series switch. The product documentation states that the KL9116 KVM model can only be cascaded with 8 port KVM’s? Is this the only possibility? Why does it seem that 16 port KVMs are not compatible with other 16 port KVMs?

Solution :
	The reason the KN9116 and KL9116 cannot be cascaded together is that the OSD and port access functionality between the two devices are not compatible. Please see the ATEN KVM compatibility table: http://www.aten.com/data/quick_finder/kvm_to_kvm/kvm_to_kvm.htm
