A
"Drive Not Ready" message pops up when trying to mount a removable
disk on a computer.

Microsoft
added a feature called "User Account Control", the user defined
administrator privilege doesn't have full administrator rights.
To solve the  issue of mounting, please right
click to choose "Run As Administrator" when
executing the Win client
utility.
