OTP failed
 
Description : 
I just add a new software token but it failed to verify the OTP number, please advise?


 
Solution : 
Please check if the MOTP server is correctly in sync with your phone/tablet:
1. Access MTOP portal (admin/admin)
2. Check date/time on MOTP
    MOTPWeb > System > System Status
    -->  Compare with the phone/tablet date/time
3. Adjust NTP settings if needed
     MOTPWeb > System > Network Setting > NTP Setting
