I cannot learn my remote control IR signal, I always get the "timeout" error, please help me to record the IR signal via VK2100?

Please follow the below steps to learn IR:

1. Start Learning (VK 21000 LED blink slowly) 

2. Press the button on the remote control (VK 21000 LED blink faster) 

3. When the VK21000 LED becomes solid green， please release the button (VK 21000 LED will blink 1 time and you will hear a confirmation beep) 

Note If you do not release the button you will get the "timeout" message.
