Cannot invoke HSM?
 
Description : 
When I try to invoke HSM using [Scroll Lock] key twice, nothing happens.

 
Solution : 
Please verify the USB keyboard is plugged into CS682's keyboard port. Look for the embossed Icons on the KVM for mouse and keyboard.

If the problem remains, you might need to try using the alternate hotkey combination:
--> Press [Ctrl] key twice (either the Left or Right but not both)
