I forgot the login password, how to reset it to factory default? |

| Solution : |
|
1. Power off the switch and remove the top cover from the unit chassis.
2. Short the jumper J17 labeled “Default Password” on the switch’s main board.
3. Power on the switch, the monitor will show username and password information has been cleared.
4. Power off the switch then confirms jumper J17 is not short.
5. Return the top cover and power on the switch.
6. Please press Enter twice to login for using. |
