CS1716i/1708i - Resetting user name and password fails
 
Description : 
After using the logon reset procedure described in the manual, the unit has not reset to logon default
 
Solution : 
Run the procedure again, but wait for at least 1 full minute to give the unit enough time to overwrite the existing settings.

If it still fails to reset contact ATEN support for instructions on how to send in the unit for repair.
