	Win7에서 에코 센서 시뮬레이터 작동 불가

Description :
	에코센서 시뮬레이터는 win7에서 실행되지 않습니다. AddSimulatorDeviceToDatebBase.bat 및AddHistoryToDataBase.bat 실행할 수 없습니다.

Solution :
	다음으로 이동 시작 메뉴 \ 제어판 \ 사용자 계정 \ 사용자 계정 컨트롤 설정 변경 슬라이더를 아래로 이동. 그런다음 다시 AddSimulatorDeviceToDatebBase.bat 및AddHistoryToDataBase.bat 파일 실행.
